HELPFUL HINTS

We want this to be a wonderful weekend for you, so we have a few guidelines to make it better.

CLASSES

Be sure to bring ALL items that are on the supplies list (see ticket-printed invoice from email)
If there is a supply fee, try and have exact change. (see ticket for supply fee) Remember the SUPPLY fee is to help the instructor pay for supplies and the registration fee was to help pay for the convention center, rentals, etc)
Please be on time!
Please take a moment to fill out the evaluation form for each class, this helps us bring you better classes in the future.

CROPS

If you will be there the entire weekend, you do not have to tear down after each crop. We recommend bringing a sheet to toss over your area when you are in a class, shopping or gone for the remainder of the crop.
All drinks need to be in a Tag-a-long or drink holder that hooks to the table, or sit on the floor. No drinks ON THE TABLE, PLEASE.
We have an awesome die cut and punch center. Be sure and take advantage of this while cropping.
Dress in layers, with this many people it is difficult to keep the temperature consistant.  Dressing in layers will enable you to add or remove clothing as necessary.

Enjoy a relaxing back or hand massage with Rachelle, a Nebraska Licensed Massage Therapist.

Cost:
$5 for five minutes
$12 for fifteen minutes.

Stop at the registration table and sign up. Times are available throughout the entire weekend.

Due to the amount of electronics and cutters that everyone wants to bring, it has become necessary to make a few changes out of fairness to all croppers.. If you plan to bring a table to put your cutters, computers, etc on, you will be charged for an additional spot...PLUS, you need to let me know, so I can put you in a place that will not cause obstructions that will cause problems with the Fire Marshall. You can also, just purchase an extra spot if you choose. If you can make it work in just your regular spot, that is fine too. You are NOT required to get the extra spot if you can keep yourself in your regular spot.
Otherwise, you just need to be sure you don't "ooze" into your neighbors spot. An affordable option is to go to Menards and get one of their laminate shelves (for shoes in the closet) and use it for your machine, then you still have plenty of space to crop in.
Also, you will need to BRING YOUR OWN CORDS and plan on running them to your table. CORDS must be INDUSTRIAL (like the big orange cords) and they MUST be DUCT TAPED down for safety.
Thank you for your help and cooperation for this.
